Chinatown visit
The host was prompt,professional,empathetic and accommodating. The location was ideal and the unit faced back of building so it was a lot quieter. Many things to see, shop and eat within walking distance.

We are by no means clean freaks, however there were few spaces in the unit that were visibly clean. Grease on backsplash in kitchen, dirty counters, filthy mirrors, and dusty/dirty floors. Obviously affordable rentals aren’t going to be spotless or pristine, but we felt uncomfortable with the state of the apartment. Also, there was an odour in the bathroom that smelled unpleasant and got worse after the humidity from a shower. If you’re looking for a cheap stay that’s accessible to cool areas, it wasn’t that bad and it had a decent amount of space. The decor was cute and the couch was comfy, but the lack of cleanliness put a damper on our stay.

Vancouver Trip
We enjoyed the apartment. The view out the patio window was very disappointing, though, full curtains would have been better. And the TV didn't work at all. It rained the whole three days, so it would have been nice to watch a show or movie in the evening time. We appreciated the communication with the manager. It was a difficult trip getting to Vancouver, due to cancellations. We lost a full day. We will come back again at a better time of the year.

Good basics
I mostly enjoyed my stay and felt fairly safe and cozy. Good location near Sky Train and the Amtrak station. Great shower and dining area. The couch is somewhat stained though but the space is roomy enough for 2 people. I have to add the apartment is very basically furnished. There were only 2 bath towels and one kitchen towel provided (I bought additional hand towels to use while we were there). There was 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and 1 TBSP of real coffee--not nearly adequate for 2 people for 3 nights.

Stayed for a night and was very pleased. Owner/manager was very courteous and prompt in his correspondence with me. The apartment was neat and well presented, although the bathtub could use some work (a good scrubbing would take care of it). Located within a short walking distance to BC Place, Science World and Rogers Arena (the purpose of our stay). I definitely recommend it.

Amazing Experience
I had a pleasant experience staying in this property. The place is very cozy, beautiful decoration and fully equipped. Its right in downtown but inside you feel a quite vibe, with garden view and very silent. It's in a convenient location. The place was very clean and the host was extremely kind and efficient with fast response always. Highly recommend!
