Communication was excellent with very quick responses to any questions. Location is great for downtown Vancouver with lots of restaurants and most places within walking distance or a short uber drive. For those few groceries you may want grocery store was 5 min walk

This was the perfect place to stay, right in the middle of lots of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the sea wall walk and the water taxi to Granville Island. Danielle was an incredibly responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous apartment

The apartment is tasteful, stylish and very comfortable; location is great. We had a fabulous stay. The city centre is easy walking distance the ferry boat is just outside if you want to visit Granville Island (a two min ride!). We highly recommend the apartment!

Very clean apartment in super location, walking distance to many restaurants, and just seconds from the water taxi. Not a huge space, but very comfortable and homey in a secure building.Danielle was a super host and each time I had a question, she answered a text within minutes. She was also available to call.Very much enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic, cozy space in a quiet neighborhood

Pleasantly delighted with every aspect of this VRBO experience, from communications with Danielle and Rich on the property team, the personal arrival and check-in, and providing of restaurant recs. Totally clean, cozy, excellent working kitchen. Good water pressure and heat in all showers. Both beds comfortable. The little patio is cozy and very green, tucked away overlooking a small park and green area, very quiet. Will definitely look to stay here in future stays and recommend this host and property without any hesitation!

Great location but very small

The location is excellent and the management staff are very responsive. My biggest issue is that it is very small--deceptively small compared to the photos. The photos make it look much bigger than it actually is. The en suite bathroom in the primary bedroom is so small, with no counter space. The shower is super narrow. The second bedroom is also narrow and barely any room between the sides of the bed and the walls and the closet is maybe a foot wide, so not useful at all. This place is just too claustrophobic for me.

Cozy Condo across from Granville Market

We (four adults) stayed three nights here. It was a nice and cozy condo across from the Granville market which was convenient if you’re planning to go there. You can easily walk from the condo to the dock and take the aqua bus which brings you to the market. It’s not walking distance to downtown so you’ll need transportation. There is visitor parking but it was C20 per day- it would have been nice if this was disclosed in the listing. The check-in was easy. I had trouble unlocking the door with the August app but I called the property manager (Rich) and he unlocked the door for me. The property manager was responsive and provided me with everything I needed to check in and out.One thing to note which I found odd was the housekeeping. Upon checking out, we had to put all uses items in the dish washer and run it, we also had to empty all the trash from the bathrooms and kitchen in the trash room, and strip down used sheets and pillow cases and run that in the washing machine before we checked out. Personally, I think it’s fine to run the dishwasher and take out the garbage from the kitchen but requiring guests to strip used beddings and start the laundry is a bit of a stretch. Overall, everyone had a good three night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver! The location was fantastic—walkable to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, and it made exploring the city incredibly easy.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the building amenities and security were great as well. Danielle was an excellent host—responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.We especially appreciated her kindness and understanding when we realized we had unfortunately misplaced one of the building key fobs after checkout. Her communication throughout was gracious and helpful, which only reinforced what a wonderful host she is.

We had a wonderful time traveling with our 8 year old and staying in this apartment. We were so close to everything and enjoyed taking the aqua bus to Granville Island and Science World. As well there were many coffee shops and a nice grocery store just blocks away. I could get up every morning and run the Seawall. We even walked the seawall back from Stanley park as it was less than one mile. This place was perfect for my family. We loved our stay!

Excellent space, location, and management. Three retired women shared this space (one slept on couch which wasn’t designed for that but she made do!). Very clean and comfortable. Co pact space but having two bedrooms and two washrooms was excellent. Fresh Market grocer in walking distance was our frequent meal service. We did many tours from here and could walk less than a mile to most pick up spots. Waterfront very near by and enjoyable. I will return!

The kitchen was a little light on staples, most notably, salt. Utensils, dishes, glasses, and cookware were all in good supply. The location two blocks from the aqua boats to Granville Island was perfect. We didn’t rent a car, but rather walked or took an Uber to shopping and dining destinations. Furniture was comfortable, and the apartment felt secure.

The apartment was so comfortable and well appointed. Location was amazing!! The neighbourhood was very quiet with all amenities within walking distance.
