« La chambre était pas bien nettoyée surtout le sol. Le lit pour les enfants n’était pas, c’était à nous de le faire. Le téléphone pour appeler la réception ne fonctionnait pas donc il fallait descendre. La réceptionniste n’était pas dérangé par cela, elle trouvait ça normal Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et à ce prix, c’est tout sauf normal de faire nous même le lit. »

Très bien situé (moins de 15 minutes de la gare, 15 minutes du Markthal, beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied. On sent un style qui commence à dater dans la chambre, mais qui reste néanmoins luxueux. Le hall et la réception sont en revanche très modernes. Le personnel est très serviable et efficace »

« Très bien ! Le studio est parfaitement agencé, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé ! Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par le bruit alors que nous étions vendredi soir. Le seul point négatif que nous pouvons retenir et qu’il n’a pas été possible de laisser nos bagages lorsque nous avons quittés le studio, nous avons dû trouver et payer un service de consigne à bagages. »

"Je suis venue ici pour un week-end romantique avec mon copain ! Et bien je ne suis absolument pas déçue !! Le personnel est super compréhensif malgré la barrière de la langue. Les chambres sont superbes, très classe mais tout autant décontracté. Il y a des enceintes dans les murs des chambres via Bluetooth. Je recommande l’hôtel Bilderberg à 100%"
