"Parfait de bout en bout ! Le petit déjeuner compris était excellent avec du choix. C’est rare de trouver un tel petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre ! La chambre était propre avec un lit en 160x200\. Le service de ménage quotidien était impeccable tout comme la restauration proposée (avec des prix plus que correct !) Pour la localisation c’était impeccable, quelques stations de métro et nous étions au centre de Londres. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement ! Seul point à savoir : pas de laverie comme mentionné dans la fiche de l’hôtel. Uniquement un service de blanchisserie extérieur à l’établissement avec des tarifs élevés et un délais de lavage de 24h minimum "

"In General, the hotel was quite nice and comfortable, but I was quite disappointed with the gym / spa area: there are constant swimming lessons held in the pool, even at times when the schedule placed at the door indicates no lessons. Also, each person entering the spa area has to pass through the gym - turning it into a waiting room atmosphere with screaming children passing through & parents just waiting around while you work out. It was fine for a business trip, but I would not book this place for a relaxing stay for this reason."
