Very handy to have a B&B close to the city and the walls too I loved it there hopefully some summer I’ll come back up

We stayed while we attended a wedding elsewhere very spacious room just needs a wee up date as no changing plug sockets the bathroom is looking old needs up dated we had an amazing view of the foyle river and guild hall looked stunning at night all lit up staff were so lovely breakfast was so many choices to have really enjoy it and lovely strong coffee we didn’t get to use the bar as we were out but it looks good I just didn’t like the charge of £14 a night for car parking under the hotel but hopefully we will visit again soon

The main hotel is well presented and front of house staff were welcoming and accomodating. Free parking is available close by, I was shown to the appartment which is around 150 yards from the main building and situated above a petrol station. The appartment itself was spacious and reasonably clean however it was tired and in need of refurbishment. a fridge freezer was place randomly in the living kitchen area, I assume to account for the built in one which was not useable and not able to be closed properly. usual utensils were available however no complimentary tea or coffe supplied. The bedroom was large and the bed comfortable. there was a rack for hanging clothes but no hangers. The bathroom was OK once I discovered how to get hot water. the bath was slippy and would benefit from a matt. When the fire alarm went off at 05:15 I had to walk to the main hotel reception in the rain to alert the staff that this was going on. They then attempted to turn this off with no success. fire brigade then attended. Overall I would not reccomend the 'comfort' appartments. that being said I'm not sure how good bad or indifferent the main hotel itself is. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was nice.
