My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! We had a marvelous stay at The Brass Rail through Mermaid Cottages! The condo was beautiful and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was central with plenty of meal options close-by. If I had a question, I was able to text and immediately received a response. The property was impeccably clean and the check-out process was easy. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Quite spacious in the main room and kitchen. Great communication with the management. My only issue was the state of the grill, which we had hoped to use a lot - it was so filthy, I'm not sure it has ever been cleaned and I didn't want to tackle it, so grilling was out. The kitchen is stocked, but it's pretty bare bones for doing any real cooking. Door to the balcony won't lock.
