All had ample space, and enjoyed all of the beach toys/equipment, as well as the various games and pool table. We all liked the spaciousness of the kitchen, as we all used it together. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball. Short distance to the beach. The beach was amazing and the beach cart was very helpful. It was exceptionally clean and had lots of room for our family of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Host is wonderful to work with and has thought of everything to make guests comfortable - plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and even beach towels. The beach is very close and easily accessible. Great house for a family vacation. For some of our grandkids it was their first time to the ocean and they loved it. Did the local dolphin tour too. Short walk to the beach (5th house from the beach). If you like to grill you may want to bring extra utensils and a meat thermometer. Had the basics but you might prefer your own. ##### Mark L. So close to the beach and great mid island location. The shower rooms were the perfect answer to avoid tracking sand all through the house. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast and dinner in with the family. All of the furniture was super comfortable. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly addressed by management. We loved the built in ice machine! Enjoyed the closed in porch. An easy 3 minute walk to beach, easy access to grocery store. Loved the personal recommendations from the owners of where to eat and what to see. So much wildlife observed. Everything about the house was wonderful, especially the location-beach block! We loved the layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. Linens were provided which was an added bonus. The 2nd floor screened in porch with a ceiling fan and decorative lights was a cool place to relax at night. We played a few friendly yet competitive games of pool in the game room. It was the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate my son's college graduation! ##### Daneen S. It was clean and looked exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and the property managers even had beach accessories for our use during our stay. The owners/property managers seem to be very meticulous in keeping the property in goods shape and go the extra mile to make sure the guests have an enjoyable visit. The location was perfect for us -- a family with kids from 3 to 10 years of age. The beach access was super convenient and that part of the beach was not crowded (mid june).
