We loved the condo and proximity to the beach. Truly amazing. But other residents and local neighbors kept us up until 2am with very loud noises from voices, car horns and music. Rental was very nice except for 1 thing- the entry into the building was just not very accommodating- you had to have a key to get into the stairwell and a key to get into the garage and a key to use the elevator. With only having 1 set of keys- having adult children coming and going was a bit challenging. We have stayed at other places that had a key code for entry into the rental. It was so much easier. We had 5 kids 6 and under and were able to easily get to the beach/restaurants. The furniture is mostly glass (coffee table is giant glass not actually attached to the base) and the elevator cannot be locked off from being called up by a child touching the button. Floors needed scrubbed better before our baby could crawl around but otherwsie it was very clean. We had a minor issue with a door not opening correctly-no biggie- they fixed it about 5 mins after I called which was awesome.
