The hotel was very clean, safe and the vibe was amazing . Everything was near by and the staff were great.

Perfect location right on independence Plaza. Fantastic room, incredibly comfortable and beautifully appointed. brilliant staff, so friendly and helpful with anything you might need. short walks to shopping, great restaurants, beautiful cathedrals and just the great street vibe you get from the Ecuadorian people. Absolutely no better place to stay in Quito.

I did not realize that I booked the smallest room with the worst location on the property. The room size was ok, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was so small there was not even room for a toilet paper holder. We were adjacent to a walkway and parking lot so the room with no air conditioning ended up being a bit noisy at night. We had access to the hot-tub and steam room which was nice and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as everyone in Ecuador seems to be. If I did the trip again I probably would not go to Banos, the town was larger and less quaint than I expected.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!

Très bel hôtel situé au cœur du centre historique de Quito. Le bâtiment possède beaucoup de charme et de caractère, avec une architecture coloniale magnifiquement préservée. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel a toujours été courtois, professionnel et attentif à nos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner offrait un bon choix d'aliments et permettait de bien commencer la journée. Les espaces communs, particulièrement le patio intérieur, créent une ambiance agréable et authentique. L'emplacement est excellent pour visiter les principaux attraits historiques de Quito à pied. Un excellent choix pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent découvrir le charme de la vieille ville tout en profitant d'un hébergement confortable et sécuritaire.
