It is easy to locate from the airport via flybuss, get off at Hasle and a 10 minute walk. Breakfast lovely and lounge. Accessible to transport. Staff are good, only thing is a safe would have been great to put passports etc in.

Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!

We loved this hotel. The room was lovely, though a little warm as we couldn’t get the temperature control to work. Perfectly located close to train station, museums and shops. Breakfast was amazing, we stayed in 4 hotels in Norway during our trip and this was our favourite.

We arrived late evening. The staff informed us that the dining room was closing at 10pm. I ordered off the menu at 9:30 but wasn't informed of a buffet set up that I saw other patrons using. Early breakfast was okay with fruit, yogurt, bread and meats and mini sweets. Room was warm and fan on shelf was broken-the blade was off the motor. Was not provided the wifi password upon arrival.
