The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!

It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and a prime location, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Very impressive breakfast. Rooms too hot and a couple of broken fittings. Air conditioning not very efficient/effective. Nice Sauna area. Walkable to the old town and the River.

Free airport shuttle is a great inclusion. Fine for a short stay if laying over in Frankfurt.
