"First impression was very good - I called the morning of our arrival and asked if there was any chance of an early check in, as our travel plans had changed slightly. A super-helpful guy named Joel explained that they were fully booked the night before, so could make no promises, but they’d do there best. In the event, we arrived at 12:30 and they had a room ready for us. We had lunch at the on-site restaurant, which was good. The only slight negative was that my wife and I ordered rum runners, and they didn’t taste right - a bit too sweet and artificial tasting. My guess is, made from a mix rather than from fresh ingredients. Thats literally the only bad thing. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We had brunch there which was also good."

"We loved it here. It's kind of like "boutique beachy". The bedding smelled amazing and everything was very clean. We LOVED the room they selected for us and were thankful that they included 2 beach towels. The beach is straight across the street and is absolutely stunning! The sunset did not disappoint and was unobstructed. At night, we could hear music from the downstairs restaurant which to us, just made the vibe more fun. There are cameras on sight which made us feel safe in a place that we were unfamiliar with. The customer service replied by text within minutes. The stairs can use a little TLC, other than that everything was great."

"Sitting on the balcony any time of the day was a delight. Watching the dolphins and the beautiful views was wonderful. Most of the staff were courteous, professional, friendly and very helpful (with one exception, which is unfortunate for this otherwise great hotel)."
Adorable Studio with Gulf Views and Easy Access to the Beach!

"This was a really cute place to stay for the weekend. The access to the beach, pool, and closeness to restaurants was perfect! Yes, the property is older, but they are actively sprucing it up and it was clean throughout. The room itself was very cute with a nice kitchenette area. They provide beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs which is a nice touch. Only drawbacks were the A/C unit is very loud, and the bathroom shower situation has much to be desired. It's a small bathroom, so the shower is about the size of a coffin. There's one very tiny shelf to put soap/shampoo, so it had to be stored on the floor. The showerhead doesn't move so the water just points straight at the wall instead of downward and there's no escape from the splashing water. I'm not sure if it's like that in all the units, but that was the only drawback."

"We absolutely loved the condo! It was perfect for the number of people that we had with us (8). The kitchen was equipped with lots of gadgets just like you were at home. The only thing that would be a "con" was the washing machine and dryer were not in the actual condo; but that is communicated well before hand, and we did use the ones that were offered and it worked out great. Other than that, it was perfect! Right on the beach and views for miles. Los of quant coffee shops nearby."
