"It was a very nice large room but there was no air-conditioning which on the 5th floor was much needed. Staff suggested we open the windows which we sometimes could do but often it was too noisy to do so, not to mention the possiblitity of birds or bugs entering. The TV was not working which was eventually fixed. My suggestion for the bathroom would be to have a higher toilet and a door on that room.Taller people had their knees hitting their chins and older people had a hard time getting up....
