The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. Can walk anywhere.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door , only the separate toilet . Not very nice when you are staying with a friend no privacy . Also supposedly the roof terrace closes at 11 pm , the times it was closed when we tried to access and it it was stil 10pm , our room was very dark . Didn’t eat at the hotel . Only ordered room service - club sandwich once it was ok not great . Staff were friendly .

"We had arranged for our dog. It was ok but he wasn’t allowed anywhere in the garden or pool area. Pool area I understand but in the expansive grounds, perhaps near tennis courts it could have been allowed."

"We found Casa Babel to be an excellent location for our three night stay in Extremadura. We happened to be the only guests at the time, it being low season, so we had the entire place to ourselves. We were warm and comfortable in spite of the weather being quite cold and had everything we needed. ..."
