The host was super kind and welcoming—she was even there when I arrived to make sure everything was in order after the cleaners had finished. I really appreciated that.That said, there were a few issues during the stay that affected the overall experience. There were quite a few ants around the house, the Nest thermostat kept falling off the wall and stopped working randomly, and unfortunately the backyard outlets had no power.
