Stayed for 3 nights, but unfortunately the air conditioning did not work throughout our stay. The room remained quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably all three nights. We requested a fan on the second night and opened windows which helped somewhat, but the room was still too warm.
Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was working at times, which resulted in long waits and lines.
On a positive note, the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay.
I chose Hyatt because of its reputation for quality and service. Given that, I would expect the hotel to have adequate technical support or backup maintenance available to address critical issues such as air conditioning failures, even on weekends.

Nice room with a small kitchen. Great central location close to transport links, restaurants and museums.
Above average breakfast. The breakfast lady was really kind, helpful and super hard working.
