« Beautiful property but the buildings are dated and there is no elevator. Bed was comfortable and the room was large with a great balcony. The lack of an elevator is keeping me from staying there again. »

« Stayed here with my daughters for Father's day weekend, and really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice, and mini golf was fun. Can't remember the name of the gentleman working the breakfast area, but he was kind, and went out of his way to get my daughter some chocolate drizzle for her waffles. I will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Austin. »

« Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is. »

« Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

« Bon séjour globalement car nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre plus grande car le lit n était pas un King size. Et comme la chaudière était en panne nous avons eu une remise commerciale. Très bon contact avec l essuie-mains, super petit dej . »

« I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas. »
