The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 7 people, distributed across three double beds (one 135 cm and two 150 cm) and one single bed. It offers heating and air conditioning in all rooms and common areas, a television, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster).
