Cons: the room smelled a lot of cigarrettes, it looked a little dirty because of the carpet, the sofa also looked quite desgusting, and the bed was really uncomfortable. The location is in kabukicho. Staff were polite and helpful . But the hotel goes back to 1980 i think . Some rooms are in Japanese traditional style. But the room was very clean .
