One thing is the parking - it is nearly impossible though they have a garage for vehicles. It was very challenging to find our way to the hotel with one way streets, etc despite using GPS. However, once we called them they came and provided assistance to get us where we needed to be. Moral of the story: don't use a car in Sintra!

Very helpful staff and front desk. Would walk you to show you directions. The room was large and modern and location cannot be beaten if you love to be in the middle of the action. Would come back thanks.

"the staff were great, location worked, breakfast was good and there was parking across the street. the roof top view was outstanding, however the bathroom was why I gave them a poor rating. why they would put a half glass door at the front end of a non-enclosed bath tub leaving the back end open ..."
