"The rooms were HUGE, and staff excellent. Be aware, this old building does not have an elevator. My family friend, 79 years old, had a difficult time with the stairs. "4階でしたが、エレベーターはなく、階段でした。運動にいいかなと思いましたが、キャリーがあると不便です。無料のコーヒーはフロントで飲み放題です。交通が不便でした。タクシーかトゥクトゥクを拾って街中にいってました。 中心部だと、だいたい100Ｂくらいでした。 部屋も綺麗で1つだけ残念だったのが、 シャワールームの扉のガラスに水垢が付いてたのが少し残念ですが、その他は快適でした。 スタッフさんもすごくいい方でした。"

"Did not like anything!!! Poorly lit street, dark empty abandoned buildings across street, hotel is old and dated, dark hallways lights work off of motion sensors, you cannot take your room key with you, you must leave your key at front desk when you go out, old broken furniture, small rooms dingy and musty, no curtains just a louvre door, street noise, guest charge, poor tv channels, absolutely horrible!!! "From the moment of arriving to my departure the staff was fabulous! The hotel itself is beautiful and appreciated all the amenities though did not have a chance to enjoy them all. The coffee, tea, and water bar is such a nice touch especially given the sitting areas provided while partaking which provides a warm environment for visiting with others. The location is pretty good and wish had known sooner the hotel provides a free shuttle to the bts which is quite a hike if walking. The nice thing is Grabs both car and motor bikes are ready available. There is a free workout class at 10:30am which I really enjoyed and made it welcoming to use the fitness center. What did pleasantly surprise me was how good the hotel was when ordering room service the first night. Another nice touch was one free drink from the cafe which allowed me to find out how fantastic their smoothies are. I will definitely go back! I scheduled one of the sister hotels for my return visit already, but will know next time to secure a reservation there the whole time. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Aira in Bangkok and would happily choose it again. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming making a real difference to the experience. Breakfast was a daily highlight with a generous variety & good quality. A special mention goes to Som O at the breakfast desk who greets every guest each morning with a warm, genuine smile, a perfect start to the day. The rest of the breakfast team are attentive and quickly remember guests’ preferences and the head chef was engaging and friendly making our short morning conversations very enjoyable. I was also impressed by the IT support who was knowledgeable and patient. Despite issues caused by my antivirus and VPN he successfully connected my laptop to the hotel’s fast Wi-Fi, excellent service. The hotel is modern, very clean and well maintained. My room was spacious and spotless with a very comfortable bed and three different pillow sizes. The bathroom featured a spacious shower with a combination of rainfall and handheld option offering great water pressure. A large flat screen TV was another nice touch. The 8th floor pool is relaxing and the 22nd floor rooftop bar offers stunning views and attracts many non-resident visitors. The location is excellent within easy walking distance of the SkyTrain. Overall while the hotel scores highly for cleanliness, comfort, and modern design, the warm, professional and genuinely caring staff are what truly make the stay special. I highly recommend Hotel Aira"

"excellent hotel . write place to walk in to the main hub, 10 mins. as at least you can sleep at night. Security Guards to help you cross the road in front of hotel. Shuttle bus staff amazing.. fresh fruit shop staff wonderful. The rest all about just doing the jobs. not overly friendly. Food was 4\* at most.no sea food or fresh fish at breakfast ,.egg man good. and fast. Room was amazing we had romantic suite. over all good stay but a bit underwelmed"
