"The beach view was amazing and easily accesible. Not a long walk at all from The hotel of hotel pool. Clean and plenty of long chairs to lounge on."

"Looked better in pics than in reality. Airport transfer was not included in the fee and this was not communicated out front. I was also quoted a taxi fee of almost 3 times the normal rate to go to the airport around 6am. Luckily, I found a local taxi company to get me there. "

When encountering any issues they both went hugely above and beyond to find a solution as efficiently and expeditiously as possible. "Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in."

"The bed had the springs coming thru the mattress, it squeaked even when I place a beach bag on the bed. Comforter was old. Mouldy caulking in the bathroom Tv did not work Slimmy foot bath outside the room, appeared that the water had not been changed recently Resort is great restaurant was average Communication with the host was difficult and last email I responded to them they never answered "

"Everything stood out: the host's attentiveness, excellent amenities, and a serene neighborhood. The house felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches like extra towels/linens, AC in every bedroom, and that surprise pool (I booked before a pool was advertised). All amenities were in great condition: the full kitchen (with microwave fan and ample counter space) worked well for family cooking, the washer/dryer was a game-changer, and everything was spotless and modern. The host was super responsive through text and stayed in touch throughout to ensure we were set. He even gave us flexibility on check-in/out for our toddler!"
