One thing to note is that the dinner meal and breakfast buffet are an additional fee. Overall, great stay, we would book again in the future for a relaxing night."

The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone."

"Lovely Japanese-style hotel with every amenity you could want: free coffee, onsen, laundry, robes, etc… Spacious, clean rooms. Loved the massage I booked! (As a side note: restaurants in the area close very early. We arrived after 7 pm and had no dining options. Apparently there is dining at the hotel restaurant if you book it as a package? We didn’t add it at the time of booking so we were left with dinner options from the mini mart across the street. Word to the wise. )"
