Easy check in, walkable location, great breakfast, and access to many resources.

No staff at all but that wasn’t a problem. They email you the door code for the hotel entrance and then the door code for your room. Very handy, very tech-savvy. Close to grocery store, luggage hold called Flight Cabin?? and numerous restaurants. Was right across the Nijo castle. The laundry was difficult to use- language barrier, clothes were damped and dryer took longer than expected. Amenities were basic- body towels, toothbrush, razors, and face kit with makeup remover wipe, cleanser, moisturizer. Large room with traditional Japanese dining. Came with fridge that had a freezer and stove top. Overall great place
