« We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. « Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. « Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. « The beds were very comfy, the grounds were nice with a pond and a little pasture with goats. These looked brand new! The bathroom was huge. Everything was very nicely laid out. Note: the beds up in the loft are comfy but there is definitely not a lot of room up there - it is basically a crawl space our boys were able to situp in bed, but they are 5'11 and 5'9. It's to be expected with a tiny home. Also, the restaurant up the hill does not turn off their lights all night so bring a sleep mask...
