Check in was easy, the staff was amazing. Love the library. The hotel exceeded all expectations. Had a old/classic feel, yet was well taken care of, clean, with modern amenities.

It’s a very convenient location however a few issues we had:
1. One elevator was down most of the time we were there.
2. Our 3 key cards were all disabled the second day
3. Television stopped working the last night and the morning we checked out.
4. Valet parking is very expensive. Parked and didn’t use the car for 3 days and it cost $120. That’s a lot for hotel parking.
Staff was friendly and location was great.

The host was very responsive. The home is beautiful, outside and in, with high end finishes everywhere. The location was peaceful and quiet with a great view of the lake. It is a steep walk to the lake but the golf cart makes access a breeze. Our family loved our stay.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in/check-out was fast and efficient. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and breakfast room was neat and clean. Good variety. I would stay here again!
