Nice beds all with mosquito nets, very nice terraze and fantastic access to a fabulous beach!! No wifi, no AC, but we didn´t need the AC, it has blade fans in all rooms and in the house, wich worked real well!"

"Great to have a pool but quite a basic place to stay. By the looks of it the photos were taken quite some time ago as there’s no hammock & the door in the middle has been boarded up. The listing is misleading, it has 2 (not 3) bedrooms & 2 (not 3) bathrooms. The ‘kitchen’ is a fridge & freezer, nothing else - although there is a nice big dinning table outside to sit at. "I had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Zanzibar overall — the service, rooms, location in Stone Town, and breakfast were all excellent and met the Park Hyatt standard. However, the beach/oceanfront experience was very disappointing. I specifically paid extra for an oceanfront room, expecting serene views, but instead the shoreline is dominated by ugly docked boats and ferry traffic, which completely takes away from the view and atmosphere. The beach area itself offers little to nothing in terms of relaxation or beauty. It’s a great hotel, but if you’re booking for an oceanfront or beach experience, manage your expectations — it’s not what the upgrade suggests."
