A secluded luxury air conditioned 4  Bedrooms Villa looking straight to the ocean on the white sands of Zanzibar.  Located North East in an area suitable for dyving, this beautiful Villa enjoys a quiet, exclusive and serene location suspended on a coral rock.  Its tropical fenced garden features an infinity pool of 12 meters by 5 meters looking out onto the vast turquoise Indian Ocean. and Mnemba Island. The stairs beside the pool lead into a private portion of the beach, a perfect lagoon for swimming at mid and high tide. For low tide times the view from the pool by the house is unparalleled!
The main house comprises of a fully equipped and open plan kitchen, leading down to a spacious living area. From there you can enter out onto the shaded decking area where you will find stylish loungers for you to enjoy the kaskazi (monsoon) breeze.
Leading up from the kitchen, a floating staircase takes you up to the master suite, the only room that is situated upstairs. This master room of approximately 150 square meters  is complete with two balconies, a contemporary style bath and shower and Zanzibari furniture, including a romantic Swahili bed. The villa also includes three more Swahili inspired bedrooms downstairs, complete with modern ensuites and their own private decking areas one of which is set to the side of the villa itself to allow for additional privacy. All rooms have spectacular views of the turquoise Indian ocean and the infinity pool.
The Villa is managed by a professional and friendly management team. Other services include a cook, daily cleaning services, laundry, internet and airport transfers. Restaurants are at 10/15 minutes distance by car, there are some very local where you can spend a nice lunch or dinner with your feet on the sand!
