"This is a hotel of opposites. Great location in stone town but down a dark alley you can’t quite drive to the door. Helpful reception but we’d booked 3 rooms and they initially gave us 2. Lovely clean spacious rooms but others with no view or very noisy. Wonderful old character but random electrical sockets - could only have the (empty) fridge OR the kettle OR the light plugged in. Clean bathroom with plenty of hot water and shower gel but no soap to wash hands at the basin. Great terrace for...

"The room was big and it was clean. Had hot water for the shower. Enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful. The only problem that I had with the room was that it had that old musty smell to it. I was thinking because the hotel is so old that’s why it has that smell. I would stay here again."
