Completely updated 1800 sq ft home with large hot tub, fire ring with firewood available, and astounding views on a very wide and navigable river, 10 minutes from Hillsborough Bay by boat Check out the restaurants & bars on the river. Boat and Kayak rentals nearby.  
60 miles from Disney World, 41 miles from St Pete Beach, 13 miles to Busch Gardens and 9 miles from the great Ybor City night life  
 This is a quiet neighborhood, with a great deck out back shaded by 3 huge oaks.  
Sit and enjoy the Florida ambiance and maybe catch a glimpse of a manatee or dolphin swimming up river in the morning  
The property sleeps 6 comfortably, has plenty of space, large kitchen and fully functional office if needed
