Triste hôtel
Bâtiment en construction face à l hotel. Magnifique grue face à l hotel qui gache totalement la vue sur la mer : si l hotel avait mentionné ce detail je n aurai jamais réservé une chambre. Bruits des travaux à partir de 7h du matin Personnes étrangères rentrent par effraction dans l hôtel le samedi matin et s installent autour de la piscine ou à la plage privée avec leur glacière. Chambre : peignoir non renouvelé même pour une duree de sejour de 7 jours Aucune bouteille d eau mise à disposition. Il faut aller chercher son pack d eau à 500 metres de l hôtel Frigidaire désespérément vide : aucune boisson aucun en-cas proposés Salle de bain : serviettes shampoing et gel douche. Et rien d autres. Repas : beaucoup de choix mais malheureusement toujours la même chose. Apres 4 repas cela devient la routine... Des personnes sont rentrés dans la salle de restaurant en maillot de bain et peignoir sans que personne ne dise quoi que ce soit Autour de la piscine : insectes et surtout mouches à profusion Les consommations sont a payer à l avance via une carte prépayée : ne donne pas envie de consommer... Les transats sur la plage privée sont d une saleté...crème ketchup etc...s'y installer avec 3 ou 4 serviettes Enfin : l hotel bien que propre est d une tristesse à mourir : dodo resto et piscine

Nous venons dans cet hôtel depuis de nombreuses années. Hotel toujours aussi agréable et confortable. Points négatifs : 1) manque de propreté de la plage privée. De nombreux détritus (type bouteilles vides ou sac plastique) souillaient le sol et 2) bien que bonne, manque de variétés au niveau de la nourriture Point remarquable : La conciergerie avec Boris toujours aussi serviable

Très bon séjour, à l exception du Check in du check out (prévoir 20 minutes d attente ) la livraison de la chambre est aléatoire entre 14h00 et 18h00 par contre il faut libérer impérativement la chambre avant 12h00 ! Hôtel familial, plutôt 4 étoiles, environnement agréable, plusieurs piscines et accès à la mer morte (300 m de l’hôtel )

L,acceuil a ete tres decevent Arrivee a 14 heure trente la receptioniste nous a dit d,ettendre 18 heure car le menage de la chambre n,etait pas fait Devant mon refus d,attendre si longtemps elle m,apropose moyennant pres de 200 euros une autre chambre vip ce que j,ai du accepter car je ne voulais pas attendre si longtemps Le lendemain de bonne heure je suis reparti je ne recomanderai votre etablissement a personne et au contraire je le deconseillere

Dead sea stay to visit monuments as Massada
Ein bokek is a small City with nothing else than few hôtels. Thé hotel is quite correct and service is also correct. We were not happy with thé noise in thé hotel during thé evening ( absolutely no isolation).

bons équipements, bien placé mais impersonnel
grand hôtel attirant les groupes.... assez impersonnel au final. mais il faut dire que la piscine est très agréable, tout comme l'accès à la plage privée sur la.mer morte. petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet au choix énorme. chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. belle salle de bain.

L'arrivée à l'hôtel est une véritable catastrophe : notre chambre aurait dû être disponible à 15 heures. A 16 heures, nous avons enfin pu y pénétrer, sans le moindre mot d'excuse. La personne qui s'occupe du parking ne parle pas anglais, si bien qu'il nous a été bien difficile de comprendre qu'il fallait lui téléphoner (sur un numéro israélien, soit un coût pour les touristes européens assez conséquent) pour qu'il ouvre la barrière donnant accès au parking.

Tromperie sur la marchandise ....
Ceci n’est pas un 5 étoiles ! Ni en terme de services ni en terme d’équipements. Le ménage est mal fait, les équipements sont désuets et mal entretenus : la tête de douche vous tombe sur la tête lorsque vous ouvrez le robinet. Nous avons à faire à un trois étoiles tout au mieux. Rapport qualité / prix excecrabe!!!!
