Comfortable and clean but the microwave and washer/dryer had issues. The microwave didn't work and the washer worked fine but the dryer was inoperable. It is fairly clean and kept in a good condition. Respond time from the app (no front desk) is very good and they will respond to you promptly; so no worries there. So much to do within the tower and all around. Convenient location, close to MRT, shopping, massages. Rental company very responsive, can leave your luggage in locked room to continue exploring or start exploring before check-in time.
