« Fantastic little place - truly cozy and well-appointed. Good place for me to use as a home base while visiting local parks: Letchworth, Stony Brook, Eternal Flame, and even Niagara Falls! Town is (really) quiet in the summer. »

« The location was very nice being close to everything . It was kept clean. Definitely not toddler or baby friendly with all of the floor decorations throughout and stairs to get up and into the unit but we made it work. We did cook a couple times which worked out well for what was supplied to cook with. The third bedroom is only a twin blow up mattress not a queen futon . Overall would definitely stay again »

« Great little place to stay when traveling or visiting the area with your puppers!! Everything you need is right there including a great yard for walking the dogs and a 2 mile trail (out and back) only yards away for more exercise. Very comfortable and clean. Only thing I feel obligated to mention is lack of contact with host who we reached out to twice by email and phone and our attempts to get assistance were never responded to.
