We traveled for my nieces birthday but it was ruined because of a payment overcharge which affected her plans for the weekend. The floors needed to be mopped…I walked barefoot through my room and the floors was so dirty I had to wash my feet before going to bed.

Clean room, I wouldnt stay here again bc the room phone didn’t work so we had to go downstairs to get water. Staff hospitality was mid. We didn’t add breakfast to our reservation bc the breakfast time was not specified on the page then after knowing the hours we changed our mind and were told to modify our reservation, but Expedia said is up to the property a lot of back and forth and couldn’t add breakfast at the end. Poor customer service
