"It was a good place for the price. I was there for two nights with 3 kids, ages 3 years, 4 years, and 3 months old. We usually traveled during the day and would only come to the room to sleep at night. I mean, it's not Marriott, but I think it was also not Motel 6. They have fenced parking. Overall, it was good. "

"This room was a well-used unit, first floor, which had an interior hallway door and a streetside door as well. It was on Rt. 60 leaving Phoenix, a major highway. It also is in a flight path and very close to the rail lines. The streetside door had a gap all around with only the chain and light deadbolt to secure. Felt a little less than secure. "

"Not a great area to be in. Made me nervous. Drug dealers in parking lots!😣Room partially clean. Heavy dust around TV & on all lamps. Linens clean but thread bare, freyed, holes & tears in sheets, towels ragged with freyed & torn hems. All linens greige & in desperate need of bleaching (but they'd probably disentrigat!) Floors, sink, toilet & tub clean. This hotel is truly BARE BASIC (just 1 up from a tent in the sand!) But, the staff were very respectful & helpful. Truly delightful people! Parking lot & sidewalks were pretty ragged, bumpy & potholed too. Overall I'd give Motel 6 a grade D but staff an A. (You get what you pay for & if it sounds too good to be true it probably is! And it was!) I've learned my lesson. Never stay @ Motel 6 again!"
