Superga Vacation Packages

Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was staying during a heatwave, because the AC unit is by the entrance and the bed is in a separate part of the studio, so it was insanely hot at night and hard to sleep. In normal temperatures 5/5, but in a heatwave only 4/5. (If the hotel sees this maybe invest in some standing fans?)

This hotel is in a fantastic location, central but quiet, and 2 minutes from Porta Nuova station and the stop for the airport bus. My room was very small, though, and there was nowhere to hang skirts or dresses - one tiny wardrobe with 4 hangers, which accommodated only shirts and trousers :-( The air conditioning was also quite temperamental (not great in a heatwave). However, I really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water every day and the lovely bright breakfast room where the staff were lovely and made coffees to order. I would stay here again, but for me the hotel did not quite meet expectations having read other reviews.

As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences.

It is an excellent hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet (eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, etc.). It is conveniently located near the train station (3 mins. walking distance) and within walking distance of local sights (the Royal Palace, the Egyptian Museum), and plentiful restaurants. Immediately to the left of the hotel is the Q Sushi Bar Noodle Poke (on Via Cernaia 40L) , a remarkably inexpensive and air-conditioned venue (it was incredibly hot in the city when I visited [in late June]) that served superb poke meals. The hotel could not be better. If I return to Turin, I will stay there again and make the Q Sushi Bar Noodle Pole my favorite restaurant.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
