"It appears that maybe someone used a leaf blower outside the door, hence lots of debris inside the door all over the floor. The pillows could us an upgrade. "

"Was not informed that the pool would be closed, was given a downgraded room form the one I had purchased the told they were sold out. Staff other than the bar tender were not very friendly. "

"We checked in late and had no issues. The room was comfortable and I got a good 2 hours rest. "

"Overall the property itself and the rooms were nice...nothing fantastic. I would have rated this place higher except for the staff. I went down to the desk to ask a question and even with a line forming behind me, two receptionists ignored the line to keep answering the phone and help one guest at the register. Wouldn't even look our way or acknowledge us. I understand being busy but they either need to staff more people or provide better training on how to handle busy situations. It does not take 2 people to help one guest. I did like that this property was close to the airport and the skyway line so that made it super easy for returning our rental car. They also provide a shuttle to and from the airport which was very helpful. "

"Older property that was renovated and branded as high end boutique. The room itself have comfy bed and cute designer touches. The bones of older two level hotel are still there. The pool was just ok. The property is more suitable for adult that family with kids. The price point was high for what you get (I would prefer an actual newer property next trip. )"

"On the buffet side was the same meal every day, specifically for breakfast. Súper per- Friendly and the outdoor place is super big. Staff, was nice at the pool bar, but the from desk was not welcoming the guests. Room was clean at the time of arrival."

"Absolutely loved our room. The jet tub was exactly what I needed for my staycation. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the cleanliness was because we found a live cockroach in our room a couple minutes after we entered it. Otherwise, the room was spotless."
