Located back in the woods down a long winding mountain road, you'll find all the conveniences of home. If you aren't a camping person but want a little adventure such as climbing a ladder to bed, this is the place for you. A great place to crash after cycling, hiking or kayaking. \* Hot tub \* Wireless internet \* Fully equipped kitchen \* Heated mattress pad in winter \* Firepit \* Pet friendly: $75 fee per pet Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside. If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence. Tiny homes are like staying in a cross between a glamping experience and an RV. Please note that in the winter they can be cold and they are very small. They are less than 200 square feet. So while you will have a full kitchen and indoor plumbing please be aware that there is no scale in the images to reflect their “tiny nature.” We have taken steps to extend your home space with a large deck, outdoor lighting and firepits. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town. Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them. An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided. Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Each guest is provided with two freshly cleaned towels. If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use. We appreciate your understanding and your help in supporting our efforts to conserve resources and reduce waste while maintaining comfort for every guest. No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday. There is a camera outside the front door that is turned off during reservations. Please be aware that you will be recieving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. I Loved the location of the property. However, in the pictures it looks as if the home is by itself. There are two other homes in the bottom of the valley with you. And the road you take in is the same small access road for five other properties. Being mindful of that will go a long way. There is no cell service, but there is WiFi available. The fire pit and jacuzzi were the best part. Wet towels on the floor, dried food on the cook surface and counter, toilet dirty… However, when contacted, the company apologized and relocated us to another cabin. The new cabin was great.
