House is classic older home that has been updated nicely. It is not some cookie cutter built new home, but has the design and personality of a traditional southern home. Great older home close-by to lots of downtown attractions but still a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful three bedrooms, large dining room, fenced backyard. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Very clean, nice bed linens etc. and nice kitchen. The large original doors in the hallway had been reset as sliding barn doors and they don’t latch or stay fully shut (my dog kept nudging my cousin’s door open and the bathroom door to visit us (yes he’s a Velcro dog). We didnt need to open windows, but if we’d wanted to, or worse, needed to in emergency, we couldn’t have because they’re caulked shut. That should be corrected.
