But overall it was much better than the next place we stayed..which was Super 8.

Excellent hotel, although the woman at check-in was unfriendly. We bottomed out the car suspension driving from the street into the parking lot. That's the town of Payson's jurisdiction, and didn't affect our review. Just be aware that there's quite a height difference as you cross the sidewalk, especially if you're crossing traffic from the opposite side of the highway.
