Their level of service made a lasting impression and set the tone for our stay. Unfortunately, I became ill during my trip and had to leave two days earlier than planned. The team handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated that they refunded those nights during a difficult situation. I was also traveling with my service dog, and they treated both of us with kindness and respect, which meant a lot. The hotel itself is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."
