« We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more...

« Front clerk old guy was rude, the lady was really nice. Pool dirty look black , breakfast was fantastic , my bathtub when ever we took a shower the water wasn't draining it was stuck . The lady doing breakfast was working by herself on sunday morning did a great job even when some random lady was being rude to her and recording her she still was nice and working hard. « The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee. « This property definitely has good offers on food, however when it comes to room, it is not in great shape. Specially 1st and 2nd floor rooms smells bad. The property is old one but at good location. So if you don’t mind staying in old property then you should be good. Even washroom has very less space so be mindful. »
