"Arrived friday March 13 with my two queen room smelling of weed complained but was told they can charge neighbors of smoking fee. Last day power went out and stayed out for five hours. Itch black no back up generator. Was out early morning didn’t look back "

"Had sn issuer with the key card but it was fixed promptly. Only problem is they have not released the $ 100 hold on my credit card since I checked out this morning. "

"We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more vulnerable people who may have to get in that way. Most of the staff was very nice. You just didn’t have it together. "

"The breakfast was great with many options and well stocked. The staff was very helpful. Our first room did have evidence of bed bugs either current or in past. We asked to move rooms and staff was very helpful to make that happen. Would recommend staying here."

"Some rooms are abit banged up and could use a light remodeling but overall very comfortable, clean with amazing staff. Best price for what we got in that area. I recomend"
