"When we arrived, we were told the rooms were not ready yet ( 4:30 pm). The older receptionist told us, it wasn’t her fault that she could only do so much and she was at an age where she was not going to stress out. She said the housekeeping dept had failed to do their job and the front seat he not been notified. So, after Luke 1 hour of waiting, we got our keys. By that time there were a group of people waiting in the lobby. There was only 1 elevator, we had to get dressed so we took the stairs to the second floor. We get to our room and the keys don’t work. Had to go back down the stairs again to get them fixed. The room was ok, the lighting in the restroom was not too great. Other than that it was ok"

"There was 1 elevator working, making a wait going up to our room and down. Check in was past our 3pm time. For many customers. The television was not a smart T.V, for our kids, having youtube or another app for free kid shows. (We had to buy a roku stick to place into television, to get kid shows). Staff were nice, place was clean. The pool was ICE COLD, we couldn't swim because of that. Breakfast was alright rated C (as far as hotel breakfast goes), but the way they have the breakfast situated, a long line forms. "

"The common areas were nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were adequate with comfortable beds. The carpet in the rooms was a little gross, and there were stains on the sofa. While it was adequate for a one night stay, the photos made it seem much nicer than it actually was."

"Room had electric plug sockets not working. Bathrooms were damaged. Bedding had old stains. Dressing mirror light wasn't working. Very disappointed "

"Let me start by saying the host is extremely communicative and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. The place was amazing and the view was breathtaking. The beds slept very good and we had everything we needed at the house for an enjoyable getaway. I will definitely book this exquisite place again in the future and recommend this place 100%. They are top notch hosts"

"Very welcoming for pets! The property even had "doggie business" bags for cleaning up the back yard."
