No realizan la limpieza de la habitación, ni siquiera para sacar basura/ cambiar toallas. El hotel en general esta sucio y tiene un olor desagradable que tratan de ocultar con desodorantes, pero es imposible de evitar.

Room was great. Staff friendly. Only recomendation i would give is if the hotel could have some toiletries for sale because my son forgot something but they didnt have anything as far as toiletries in the pantry like a brush.

The guy who was cleaning up around the buffet had THE MOST BEAUTIFUL customer service I have ever experienced. He was very welcoming inviting and friendly. As we were exiting the elevators he told us good morning and that breakfast was being served.

It is quite obvious this hotel has not been updated in decades. The old style magnetic card readers on the room doors are super easy to clear the strip. All but two of the nights I needed to get my key re-programmed. As for the room itself. It was fairly clean and all the ammenties worked, but there was quite a bit of damage in the room. Gouges in furniture, cabinet doors handing off hinges, and the closet frame was seporated from the rest of the wall. It also had a real Overlook Hotel with poor lighting and dingy walls. I will not stay again.

For an old hotel it was fine overall. This was my first time choosing an IHG hotel and I wanted to like it more. As soon as we got in the room there was a bad smell which turned out to be a trash can full of the last guests trash. There was some staff that were rude when I informed them the drink machine was either empty or stuck. Even after I said thank you for trying to fix it, I was ignored. The wall by the toilet had brown stains on them that I actually cleaned with my own Clorox wipes which made me feel like the cleaning standard is not so good. Other than that, most staff were kind and helpful and the room overall was comfortable. I did find the bed to be comfy and the sheets looked and smelled clean. I ultimately chose this hotel for the gym and the stove availability in the kitchen area. I wish they had a full set of dumbells in the gym. They were missing a set of 30lb and ONE 40 lb l. But that wasn’t a big deal. Not sure if I would leave Hilton or Marriott for IHG though.

Staff was very friendly, however our rooms were dirty. The floors were dirty and stained, there was a female fingernail found on the floor in one of my rooms. The door in one room was loose and had to be held closed from the inside by a chair.

The breakfast had a good variety and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately for the hotel the construction on the highway all night long was extremely loud and would wake us up all night. Other than that, the stay was very nice.
