A most enjoyable stay. The Hotel location is excellent. We loved our room which was spacious and comfortable with a fabulous bathroom . The breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant staff were polite, attentive and helpful

The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other sights to see in Glasgow. The hotel was modern and clean, providing a lot of amenities. The location is also great, a short distance from the city center but still in a quieter, more open area.

I booked this hotel because of its pool, so I could swim whilst away from home. When I checked in I was informed the pool was closed. No advanced warning, no apology, no offer to use another hotel's pool. Room was okay, very basic, sachets of cheap instant coffee and a couple of teabags, no snacks ...
