"The weather was not great as we arrived and left, but it was the front desk that made our stay bright on a rainy day. Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. Upon check in the manager was just as accommodating. Well done team. You made a difference. "

Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour"
"A great place to stay with epic views and easy access to the town with places to eat, drink and relax. Excellent breakfast selection, indoor pool was a little small when busy but the option to use the outdoor town pool is a great option in warm weather.
Would 100% stay again!"
"Die Unterkunft ist extrem hellhörig. In beiden Nächten war es sehr laut (andere Gäste). In der zweiten gab es einen lautstarke Auseinandersetzung und die Polizei tauchte um 5:30 morgen deshalb auf. Wir hatten für 2 mal Frühstück bezahlt. Am Abend vorher wird alles hingestellt, es ist nicht das Geld wert!! Alles super dreckig und die Tische und Bänke kleben. Am zweiten Morgen gab es nichts zum Frühstück. Auch niemanden bei dem man sich beschweren konnte. Wir waren froh nach zwei schlaflosen...

So far the positive, but all got smashed with an uncomfortable hospital bed on wheels, little to none dining options, and a poor breakfast (waiter? we entered around 8:15 and hardly any food was offered, hence we left). Swimming pool, still being promoted on the website turns out to be out of service for months (years?)."
