Truly a perfect spot and affordable
For the short duration we were there. Pool was fantastic, staff were helpful. Only bummer was parking was tight, and mostly not available (though the staff were very helpful in steering us to other areas).
Bit dated room, but comfy, slept 4 of us perfectly, and honestly would stay again!
Friendly welcome, great location & clean comfortable room. Small car park which was full when we arrived, but for euro12 they have a garage which had plenty of space. Breakfast was okay, nothing remarkable. Would definitely stay again on our travels.

Good selection of restaurants close.limited parking spaces.Breakfast ok.
Great place with free parking in the centre of town. A very handy location for those travelling from or to the Pyrenees for any of the ferry ports.
Nice to see they use an under used terrace for motorcycle parking to relieve the pressure on the limited parking.
Very nice hotel, very close to most things in town. The parking was a little limited and not easily accessed. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Some of the property is a little dated, but I would recommend staying there.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Noisy due to other guests arriving late at night, squeaky floor boards.
Staff were very friendly and polite
The room was nice and clean, but the only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke. We had a non smoking room somit was odd. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel.
We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed but enjoyed the walk around town to find alternatives. Cleanliness was satisfactory.
Breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels on our trip.

Parking, while free, is limited. They have overflow parking in lots near the hotel, but these tend to fill up and you may need to look for street parking which can be difficult. We visited in July and it was unexpectedly hot. Air conditioning in rooms functioned more as a weak fan and did not cool rooms at all. We had to leave our balcony door open at night for when the evening cooled down to sleep. Otherwise the heat was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep at all (sweating in bed is not comfortable imho).
Hotel was clean, centrally located and walking distance to many bars/restaurants in the old town. Jaca is a nice small city with easy access to great hiking in the Pyrenees. Camino de Santiago traverses town and goes right by the hotel.
Mixed bag, definitely.
Pros:
- AC worked well, even when it was regularly 105F (35C) max daytime temps
- good room layout, comfy bed
Cons:
- Parking is NOT actually available, despite what property description says. The receptionist sent me instead to
1) a nearby tiny city lot with no spaces
2) a non-existent theoretical other lot
I searched in vain for any street or other paid parking within a 5 block radius. Ultimately I had to park in an EV charging station place, and worry all night that I might be towed.
- Receptionist was rude. When she asked if I had my passport, I said it was zipped up in luggage and asked if a credit card and US license would suffice. She literally rolled her eyes, then said she guessed it would have to.
- Hotel layout is very confusing, with 2 separate 'wings' of rooms, completely unconnected and served by separate elevators.
- Receptionist repeatedly gave incorrect directions to the elevator needed to reach our room, saying to go left instead of right (direction was given consistently wrong in both Spanish and English), and was visibly irritated at being asked multiple times.
Maybe the bad receptionist was a one-off, so I can't ding the hotel too much. But know what you're in for, especially regarding layout and lack of parking.
very good option to stay in Jaca. Lovely rooms with plenty space.
The hotel itself, the small city of Jaca and the region allow plenty options concerning culture, hiking, climbing, sports.......we would appreciate to come again!!!
clean and great position .
love the 50's feeling to the building

Good location in central Jaca.
This was a stop over during a tour of northern Spain - the hotel was conveniently located, but it was noisy with people running around up to midnight, then a fire alarm was sounded around 1:30 pm, my neigbour then left their room around 06:00, with loud closing of their door. I appreciate that not all these are in the control of the hotel, but I checked out more tired than I arrived!
Although the room was comfortable, the El Parque restuarant that on the website said was open at 8.00pm it was closed! The main restuarant food didn't look very appetising at all with minimal choice.

Not the usual standard
I have stayed in this hotel on 10 occasions in the last 15 years
The hotel is looking tired but clean and comfortable
However this morning breakfast was downstairs which is usually for coach parties
The dining room staff were rude and unhelpful despite me asking the night before about payment
Breakfast was poor in relation to other stays with long queues for coffee
Not a pleasant experience this morning
