Nice fresh modern feel

A modern feeling hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. Good breakfast and good parking for our Motorbikes right outside reception. Quite area and yet easy walk to town for pubs or food. Would stay again.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel that looks recently renovated. Friendly staff and comfy bed. Only minus i had was that it was very hot and ac in room did not work. I also get the reception to look at it but did not help. So had a sweaty night with +29 in the room. Beside that i enjoyed this hotel. So good tip to check at arrival that ac is working if it is hot and needed.

Great value option in summer

Good place. Clearly a ski hotel but we stayed in summer so very quiet. Very few guests and staff looked after us well. We ate & drank well in the bar despite being the only ones in there. Bar well priced too. Condition of the hotel is good but still a few years in it now so not bang up to date, but good size room more like a suite. No parking, as advertised, but street parking plentiful and very close and free - seems safe as very quiet area. Breakfast decent, above average. Solid 3 to 4 star option and exceptional value in summer.

Hicimos el viaje en moto y la verdad es que nos guardaron la maleta hasta que estuviese lista la habitación, todo un detalle. Una vez entramos en la habitación la limpieza no fue del todo correcta habían toallas utilizadas y el grifo de la ducha no funcionaba del todo bien. Quitando estos detalles la estancia ha sido muy guay sobre todo por el lugar en el que estamos.

Para ser un 4 estrellas le faltan varias cosas, parece un hotel viejo. Tuvimos un problema en la ruta y no podíamos llegar y el personal del hotel no fue capaz de ayudarnos a buscar una solución ni a nosotros ni a Hoteles.com cuando se contactaron, entiendo que hay políticas pero también hay humanos y situaciones extraordinarias. Se quejaron incluso porque no hicimos la reserva en su página y la hicimos por otro sitio. Por la noche el ruido de otras habitaciones era insoportable moviendo muebles o golpeando cosas desde las 6 de la mañana. Todo El spa es de pago y por ser huésped solo te descuentan 10€. No creo que valga lo que ofrece.

Assez mitigé dans l’ensemble

L’hôtel en lui même est plutôt correct (plutôt un 3 étoiles qu’un 4). La réceptionniste est serviable et gentille malgré un manque d’organisation général. Chambre propre et confortable. Vue sur la rivière. Le gros bémol vient de l’espace cafétéria où nous avons souhaité dîner : des croquetas moyennes (et erreur de commande ! Jambon à la place de champignons, dommage je suis végétarien !) et tabla de quesos catastrophique (des fromages très bas de gamme alors qu’on est en plein milieu des Pyrénées!). Ambiance pas géniale, on a eu l’impression de déranger.

L'hôtel est excellent, très bien équipé. Les chambres sont agréables et la literie confortable. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins de la clientèle. Je recommande le spa et les massages. Nous reviendrons.
