"This is a great spot if all you need is a room. The room was completely modern, with a perfectly functioning AC unit, smart Roku TV, USB charging ports, and comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of space for your clothes to be put away and a mirror in the main space for getting ready. The only opportunity is the bathroom size, which is anemically small. But everything in relation to the bathroom worked perfect, I only wish it were a little larger in size. The check-in process was great and convenient. Having ice available is a nice touch. There were a lot of spiders on your way to getting inside to your room (Spiders are not my favorite!) but is to be expected with the type of building and how it's laid out. Overall, I will definitely be coming back as a spot right in the middle of town and right next to the HOF and DoubleDay Field!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse Hotel in Richfield Springs with our family and our dog. The location was perfect for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and exploring Cooperstown—just a short, scenic drive away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We really appreciated the freedom to use the shared kitchen and loved helping ourselves to fresh coffee each morning. Sabina checked us in and was incredibly kind and helpful. She recommended we dine at their Lake House restaurant, we enjoyed a delicious meal while watching a beautiful sunset over the lake and listening to live music. Highly recommend this spot for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay near Cooperstown!"

"Overall this was a great place to stay. They have a nice clean pool and pool area. The pet area was nice and clean as well. Room was comfortable - a little dated but nice and the bed was great. My only complaint was the floor. The room has tile in the bathroom area - laminate throughout the room and a small carpet area on one side of the bed. The carpet was pretty stained. After walking around in the room my feet got so dirty. I had to go to Walmart and buy slippers. Other than that it is a nice place to stay for a few days! "

"The 3 tier property has an amazing view of the the lake. Beach access was nice to relax at and take in the beautiful scenery. Kids enjoyed the floating dock and swimming. "

"Son and I just needed a place to stay. Our 4 day trip to the BHofF and back. This was day 2. We were winging the second half. And we had a blast. Anyway, place is awesome. Old style, all wood, big beautiful lake house overlooking the lake. And we arrived at sunset. It was beautiful. Upstairs has been turned into great bnb style rooms. As expected a little cramped for two of us, bathroom was small for us but again i expected it. We loved the place, no worries. Only issue was extremely touchy hot water. But running plumbing everywhere in an older building has its issues. So no big deal. Place and area is great. I am putting it as a stop with my wife for a quick three or four day weekend vacation. And then ill actually enjoy more of what the Lake House and area offers non baseball wise . "

"We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area."

"We had a great time at Lake Front. The area and property were beautiful. The staff at hotel and restaurant were great!!! The vouchers for meals at the onsite restaurant was a great touch. Also got a voucher for a boat ride that was delightful. Oh, didn’t mention how clean the room was and how comfortable our king sized bed was? It was!!"

"We went for a wedding. The room was beautiful. We were informed how to get in and how to get in touch with someone if we had a question because most of the time no one was at the desk. When we did have a question they responded right away. It was a beautiful place and the breakfast was very nice."
