"We loved that this is a hidden gem in the mountains! The waterfall is mesmerizing! Linda and Mike prepared delicious breakfasts for us using locally sourced ingredients. This is a very peaceful retreat, and I would highly recommend it as a getaway!!"

Clarion Pointe-Dillard near Blue Ridge Mountains
10/10 Excellent
"A beautiful view awaits! The hotel could use some updates, but the staff is friendly and attentive, breakfast is free, and the indoor pool is in great shape. Perfect place for families and people traveling with pets!"
"We missed the memo that they were undergoing major construction but still had a great time! The property is beautiful, rooms were clean, and we had some great meals at the restaurant with great service. Can’t wait to come back once renovation is complete!"
Creekside in the Smoky Mtns.
has a rejuvenating quality. Something we all need!
10/10 Excellent
"Home in Otto community, away from the crowded highways and towns of Clayton, GA and Franklin, NC. Slightly remote setting up a well-maintained gravel road that overlooks a beautiful meadow with horses and deer. The home truly is “creekside” and is located beside a beautiful flowing creek. We spent our evenings after dinner on the deck overlooking the creek, enjoying the fireflies. The accommodations were so clean (pristine!) and comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Even though they were upstairs, the accommodations were quiet and private. Their dog, Ruby, is an added amenity! We will definitely stay here again!"
Cozy, private, tranquil mountain getaway in Otto NC near babbling creek.
10/10 Excellent
"We had the absolute best time here! The house was cozy, beautiful and just the perfect place for a getaway in the mountains. We came here to stay for a reunion weekend with friends, and were able to bring our dog! A lot of the other places didn’t allow dogs, and this was a major plus, as we wanted to be able to bring our lab for the weekend too. We hiked Tallulah, and had such good food in Clayton. Maria was so thoughtful to give us some recommendations and always answered so quickly. We were already speaking about coming back again to visit. 10/10 cannot recommend this place enough! "
"The cottage is spotless, cozy, and comfortable. The special touches of fresh flowers and delicious pound cake were over the top! Mountain views from the front porch rockers, watching birds and hummingbirds frequenting the feeders, and the sound of the river below are awesome! Jim and Carman are gracious hosts and just good folks, who bend over backwards to take care of their guest. There are trails and waterfalls right on the property, and plenty of things to do in the area. We look forward to coming back again! Thank you Jim and Carman!"
"It was clean. Well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the creek the fire pit at night. We made s’mores and hot dogs. The creek was so relaxing. Loved the back porch watching the birds. Our grandchildren loved it. We sit by the fire pit at night and played cards. They watched movies which were provided. They all would like to come back. It was a quiet area. Vey close to Dillard. "
Sound of Rushing RAPIDS/ Private wooded location/Hiking Trail/Hot Tub
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our recent stay at this super cute cabin. The pictures dont do it justice and its in a perfect location. About 30 minutes from Highlands(Dry Falls was awesome), 1 hour from Helen and 2 hours from Gatlinburg. You honestly dont need to leave though. Theres plenty to do at the cabin with the streams, trails, games, fire pit, movies, hot tub, etc. We sadly didnt get to finish the trail to the falls... We were really looking forward to that but I'm not in the best shape to get through certain areas without killing myself lol. We will definitely be back so we can finish that, though! The only thing that we wished was that they had the shampoo, conditioner and a shower gel in a locking type of dispenser, like hotels have(so they wouldn't be stolen). One of the shampoos were out, but we found another one in the other bathroom, and just tiny bar soaps were provided. Not that big of a deal but you might want to bring/buy your own shower gel when you come. "
