"It's been bought by a development group and they seem to be renovating for more of a High Hampton or Blackberry Farm vibe. Adding a 3 story hotel and such. Hope it doesn't mean prices are going to skyrocket as Dillard House has always been a great value. Super nice staff."
"We have stayed here before and love it. So we booked again. Helpful and friendly staff. Hot breakfast is pouched eggs and sausage along with waffles etc…. Indoor pool is heated and it felt amazing even though it wax warm outside. Will stay again! "

"Clean, tranquil and secluded! Close to grocery, restaurants and beautiful GA State Parks. Many great hiking trails and waterfalls to explore - too many for one trip! Excellent Wi-Fi and cell service. The hosts were wonderful - communications were prompt and positive. Loved the view from the deck - spent many hours enjoying the cooler temps (we are from SW Florida) "
"Rooms are older but they are always clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable and TVs are new. For the money paid…you won’t be able to find another room anywhere in the area this clean and comfy."

"Beautiful, one-of-a-kind home with original art in every room. Serene setting. Deck is massive…offers stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Screened-in porch is large...ideal for dining or just relaxing. Property is well-maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. Back yard is huge…borders on the tree-lined Tennessee River, no wider than a small creek at this location. Highly recommend."
"This cozy cabin was perfect for a long weekend family getaway. There was adequate room for us to spread out. It was close to Dillard & Clayton for restaurants/food. And convenient for hiking & other excursions. The creek out back was super relaxing to listen to and it was just remote enough to feel somewhat isolated.
